Deliveries and returns
DELIVERIES
The delivery does not include the assembly or collection of old furnitures.
As long as the product is available, the order is delivered within 30 days.
We collaborate with different transport companies in order to offer the best service.
We will keep you informed by email of the status of your order and the transport company that will make the delivery service in order to track your order.
* Due to the holiday period, orders placed after 12/20/2021 will be processed as of 01/10/2022, with a period of 10 days from the order processing date.
RETURNS
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to your home to return your product.
To process a return you must follow the following steps:
1. Send us an email to balliustore@balliuexport.com
2. Attach your invoice
3. Inform us about the product and the units to be returned
4. Wait for our department to answer your request, we will send you an answer within 5 days.
5. All products must be dismantled and stored in their original packaging, otherwise the transport company will not collect your order.
CLAIMS
You have 7 calendar days from delivery to your home to report an incident.
To process an incident you must follow the following steps:
1. Send us an e-mail to balliustore@balliuexport.com
2. Attach your invoice and images of the product to be claimed.
3. Indicate the product and the units to be claimed
4. Wait for our department to answer your request, we will send you an answer within 5 days.
5. All products must be dismantled and stored in their original packaging, otherwise the transport company will not collect your order
